Every third Friday

THE SHOWCASE

One line about what the night actually is. Not "an evening of laughter" — say who is on it, how long it runs and why someone would come back next month.

The night

What you are coming to

Describe the shape of the evening: how many comics, how long each one is on, whether there is an interval, and what time it ends. People book babysitters and last trains around this paragraph.

Then the thing that makes this night different from the other comedy night in town. Every room has one. If you cannot name yours, ask three regulars and use their words.

Getting there

The room

Say what the room is like to sit in — tables or rows, whether there is food, how early to come for a good seat. This is the paragraph that turns a maybe into a booking.

One line from someone who comes every month.

A Regular

A second one, from a comic who has played it.

Before you come

The usual questions

Yes — third Friday, every month, including through the summer. The only exception is December, when it moves to the second Friday.

Advance tickets are cheaper and the last few editions have sold out. There are usually a handful on the door from 7:30pm, but do not plan around it.

Plenty of people do. Seating is at tables, and the host will not pick on you for sitting alone — that is a promise we actually keep.

It changes every month and we announce it about two weeks out. If you are coming for one specific comic, check the date page first.

The kitchen is open until 9pm and you can eat during the show. Come at 7 if you want to order before it starts.

Refunds up to 48 hours before. After that we will move you to the next edition if you email us.
